Bruce's 25 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

Hello Challengers!

So it begins! You have now until the 26th of this month to lose more weight than me! Please weigh yourself and send me the numbers. If you have not already. Don’t cheat. Final weigh ins will be live here in the club, to include myself, May 26th to see if anyone of you beat me! The person person who loses more weight than me wins a month free of membership dues!
So here’s what you need to do to win, you’re going to need to do everything I’m doing!
Eat 5 to 6 regular meals a day. 3 square meals, 2 or 3 snacks. Each meal and snack must contain protein. Eat every 3 to 4 hours. Eat any and all vegetables and fruits everyday. Counting calories will not be necessary, trust me.
NO red meat or pork. Only chicken, fish, or turkey for meats. NO BREAD. ONLY WATER to drink, coffee or tea. Drink no less than one gallon of water or more per day. NO ALCOHOL. NO JUICE. ABSOLUTELY NO SODA. NO PASTA. NO POTATOES. Sweet potatoes are fine. Any kind of rice is fine. AVOID EATING OUT. Cook your food. NO SWEETS. NO DAIRY.
In the gym, do no less than 5 hours of uninterrupted cardio per week! Strength training is fine 2 or 3 days, but not necessary.
That’s it! Now get to work!
